At CAELO, every piece is made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund.

If materials have already been sourced or production has started, CAELO reserves the right to deduct applicable production costs from any refund issued.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ring size selected by the customer

  • Personal preferences after delivery

  • Custom engraved items

  • Custom design orders

  • Natural variations in diamonds or handcrafted details

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
