Because each piece is made to order according to your selected diamond size, metal, and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our Concierge Team will carefully review your request and arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost whenever applicable.
