At CAELO, every piece is crafted exclusively for you after your order is placed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund.

If materials have already been sourced or production has started, a cancellation fee may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all CAELO pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect ring size selected by the customer

• Personal preferences after delivery

• Custom engraved items

• Custom design orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or videos for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Ring Size Assistance

We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before placing an order.

If resizing is possible for your specific design, resizing services may be available for an additional fee.

Natural Variations

Each diamond and handcrafted piece may have slight variations in appearance. These natural differences are part of the uniqueness of fine jewelry and are not considered defects.
